De-Cluttering Relationships

I stressed in an earlier post about the importance of de-cluttering your relationships. We all know too well that we are constantly carrying around a bag full of unnecessary and parasitic relationships so now its time to get rid of that garbage. This is one of the hardest things to do because it forces you to sit down and evaluate the value of the relationships you have forces you let go of old friends which are more so like the expired cream cheese in your refrigerator which you know you will never use again yet you hold on to it anyway because you don’t want to be wasteful. We are all guilty of hoarding. But listen, if you want to get rid of the smell, start new and fresh and make room on the shelf for new ideas and a healthier lifestyle you must get rid of that baggage. As you already know by now I love bullet point and making lists, here are some of the simple ways that you can de-clutter some of the relationships in your own life. 
  1. Do you have a Facebook/Twitter/Myspace or all of the above? Try limiting your use of social networking sites to one site
